easy ca-peasee-prese

One of the best titles I've ever come up with. I made mini caprese skewers for an appetizer for a baby shower and it's the bomb. I'm filing this one for Christmas because it's darn festive, and summer because you don't have to use a stove top or oven to make it. Plus if you have a flourishing basil plant in your front yard, then boo-yah. You got it going on. I painted them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Tasty!
